All members of staff, volunteers and management committee members will respect the privacy of clients and hold personal information obtained in the course of our work in confidence. 

The only exceptions to this are where the law demands disclosure, if we believe that a client is a risk to themselves or others, or where a client instructs that information be disclosed.
